PIRTON COMMUNITY CHOIR
Pirton Community Choir is a friendly, inclusive group that brings people together through the joy of singing.
We meet every Tuesday from 7:30–9:00pm at St. Mary’s Church in the heart of the village, making it easy for local residents to attend. With no auditions and an open-door ethos, the choir welcomes singers of all abilities and backgrounds, offering a supportive space to build confidence, improve well-being, and enjoy making music together. Led by experienced Musical Director Heather Fuller, the choir focuses on a wide range of music, from traditional choral pieces to upbeat popular songs.
The choir has become an active part of Pirton’s community life, performing at events such as the Pirton May Day, Christmas and Easter services, and special occasions including weddings. Most recently, members sang at a village wedding in April, showcasing the choir’s versatility and community spirit. Looking ahead, the group is preparing for their Summer Concert in June 2025 and a performance at the Pirton Summer Fair in July. Whether performing in church, the village hall, or under the open sky, Pirton Community Choir is all about connection, joy, and community.
