5th Annual Litter pick along Hitchin Road and Wibbly Wobbly Road. 9.30am meet at Great Green – families are welcome to litter pick along the Rec and out onto the Gallops away from the main road. For further details email [email protected]

5th Annual Litter pick along Holwell and Shillington Roads – 9.30am. Meet either at bottom of Priors Hill or at entrance to Comice Meadows. Families are welcome to litter pick up the side of Comice Meadows and along the Hambridge Way. For further details contact [email protected]

A traditional celebration of May Day orgainsed by the Pumpkin Club on Great Green.
May pole dancing, Morris dancing and decorated wheelbarrow parade plus BBQ, Chapel Preserves, Tea and Cake stall and Ice Cream van ! Fun starts at 1pm
Pirton Open Gardens – 2pm -6pm Sunday 7th June
Programmes available in advance from Pirton Village Stores at a discounted price of £6.50, otherwise £7 per adult on the day. (Note accompanied under 16 year olds go free) Train rides, teas and plant stall also available with separate prices.
Saturday 4th July – Summer Supper organised by the Pumpkin Club
A glass of fizz in with music in the garden of Walnut Tree Farm, then move on to Pirton Pavilion for a wonderful supper with quizzes. Tickets available from 25th May. Ring Mandy on 01462 711482
Saturday 11th July Pirton Summer Fair – 1pm Recreation Ground
This year’s Summer Fair is going to be an exciting one – with the World Cup in full flow we have a professional football freestyler in the centre ring, as well as the Garden City Samba band, Tug of War, Pirton Community Choir, Ickle drama, music acts etc. There will be children’s rides, bouncy castle, lots of stalls, BBQ, food vans, Bars and Teas and Cakes. Fun for all the family!

A fabulous event in the Village Hall where we welcome giant pumpkins and creativity!
24th December – Father Christmas comes to Pirton
On his busiest night of the year, Father Christmas makes a short stop in Pirton. Watch him as he waves from his chimney on his trip around the village!
